Played with my young bloke. Tall, rangey, quick, smart. Accurate kick for goal. Very versatile in that he can play midfield too. Played for Vic Metro. I’m very happy with this selection, he’s a beaut kid too.

All the best to him but key position players taken at this stage of the draft rarely make it up forward so it's best to temper ones expectations.

^ we needed a tall and after the 5 in the first round I think all others are developing prospects. With Kelly, Keane and Tohil developing now we have time for this kid. Certainly has the attributes and love hearing about his character.

I thought Callow might have been ahead of him and was ignored so we must rate Liam.

Callow and/or Kolar could be rookie picks.
