I'm battling with the concept of leaving the house to go grocery shopping. Hope none of the players get frostbite.

Quarter time - Gallucci and Atu our goal kickers

Footscray 3.3 21
Collingwood 2.1 13

We've started the second quarter with a bang, with 4 goals (Broomhead, Wellings, Crocker, Lane) inside the first 10 minutes. 21-32

I ventured out for my morning walk, only 7 degrees.

Only a few hardy souls out on the golf course at Malvern Valley and seeing the the tackers playing on the local footy ovals brought back memories of many cold Sunday mornings on the sidelines.
At least it wasn't like yesterday watching netball in the rain.

Back to the footy, Pies lead 32-22, 12 minutes into 2nd qtr.

6.4.40 to 5.5.35 at half time, Pies in front.

About to head to the supermarket. Might need a sherpa.

Mate I rode the Frankston and back this morning: I think I've got 10 toes left. It was friggin cold. Spanner weather. The prospect of Docklands Stadium doesn't thrill me in this weather but I'm doing it for the team

Don't worry about your toes, check in your underwear to make sure everything's intact.

I'm back from grocery shopping and aren't leaving the house again. Got the son and grandson coming over for dinner, got cooking to do while watching the footy.
