The YSide name being revoked was a decision made by the core group that ran that terrace. They feel that Melbourne City is a completely new club and that Yarraside should always be the Active Support group attached to the Heart rather than City. As people who poured a lot of time and money into the group I support the decision and understand where they're coming from, it is a shame we lost the same though, as it was a ripper!

I'm personally quite keen on Happy Together as are a fair portion of the fans in the Active bays so I hope it stays

Regardless, let's hope for a good season! Looks good so far I must say.

There's varying views on whether it's a new entity or not, I personally hold the view that while aesthetic changes have been made the core of the club remain and it still feels like the Melbourne heart to me, everyone will be different though.

All that being said a lot of us connect with the song and want it to stay so it'll be around for a while yet hopefully

It will be such a shame if his loan concludes earlier than expected. I was thinking of buying a ticket to a Melbourne City game at some point in November to see him live in action.
