Awesome. AFL did say they would help him get there. Wonder if that extends to ensuring there is 14 days between him getting there and our game..
The match day thread is for unfiltered BS knee jerk reactions. The time for level headed comment comes after.

If we play WC in Perth, does he only have to quarantine for 1 week??

Sounds like he may only be ready for a semi final if we make it.

There’s good news and bad news.

The bad news is about Langers. What a crying shame for Tom and only 26

I guess Shaz would be not that much shy of 26.

Good players we get have such horrid luck

This is why we will never win a flag. If it was good enough for Ablett it’s good enough for Sidebottom. I assume he will be foregoing his salary during this time?

In the space of a couple hours we get the news that he is returning to the club, and then we get the news its too hard.

In fairness, Maguire was just interviewed and as he explained the recent elevation of certain restrictions within Qld has made the exercise all to difficult to achieve.
Time to move on and make our plans without him

Well, so much for that forlorn hope, if we go down narrowly in our first Final, i hope he takes a good hard look at himself. sigh.
