It doesn't sit that well that a player can be suspended for something they did almost 10 years ago when they were much younger and immature.

The idea of punishing a player is to teach them a lesson so they will not repeat the behavior. Crisp has since matured and is now a family man and never likely to do any of that stuff these days.

No it wont. I can guarantee, when this next happens to a player from another team, the papers will not name the player out of player welfare concerns.

Still hearing two week suspension. If it happens, and the club doesn’t protest, I’ll be disgusted.

What'sinaname wrote:^ It's making you angry because it's a Collingwood player.

As for the AFL Integrity Unit, surely that have to investigate. And the investigation would be a good thing as when/if Crisp is found to have done nothing wrong, then Collingwood can't be accused of hushing it up.

Turn it up, it was a set up, by a cunning Lions, rodent ****, to throw him and the Club, off the game, and they got mission accomplished. This so caled Integrity should off their lazy arses, today, Sunday or not, and made a call on it, Jack should have been able to put his side by now, and the Club, This stinks like a **** old fish, left in the fridge. :o :o

How sure are you that they’re not?

I still question the coincidence of two “leaked” images/stories circa 2015/16 only days prior to playing Sydney. Was is just coincidence or was it skulduggery??

So, you think Brisbane sat on this for 9 years and chose Rd 4 2023 as the perfect time to release this story?

Not Rd 15 2020 when the result really mattered, but Rd 4 2023.

I’m not saying the club as such but more like a player who was mates with Crisp during his brief time there. Why this round before any other game, who knows

I’d argue in 2020 it probably wouldn’t have gotten much traction and it’s a much bigger issue today due to recent events.

It’s why cancel culture is so ridiculous with old stuff resurfacing and punishing people based on current standards.
