Lachie Schultz (Shooter)

Re: #8 Lachie Schultz
I think they probably are all just pleased for Schultz that he had an impact, especially after he didn't make the distance from 35 m out with a crucial kicki in the third quarter. They're probably no happier with the decision to recruit him. I know I'm not.

So 2 non f/s success stories in 10 years, yep, Lachie Schultz was definitely a smarter bet.Pies4shaw wrote: ↑Sun Aug 18, 2024 11:09 amCollingwood first-round draft picks in the last 10 drafts:eddiesmith wrote: ↑Sat Aug 17, 2024 9:11 pm... this club hasn’t had a lot of luck with first round draft picks.

PNC, I am not sure what a numpite is, but is it somehow related to you mis spelling both his first and last names?Piesnchess wrote: ↑Sun Aug 18, 2024 2:44 pmMake NO mistake, Shultz is going to be a superb player for Collingwood, in the future". Well said Matty , I take your word over numpites on here, anyday.!

So anyone claiming it’s been a complete dud and we’d have been better off keeping Ginni to his contract when he wanted out is off the mark.
Imagine how shit Ginni would be playing if he didn’t want to be here?
Well said, could not have said it better myself.

NO, my grandson is called Lochie, to all of us, and I was going by the old TV show, Hogans Heroes, the German sgt, with his second name spelling.

Avg Pressure Acts 2024:
McCreery - 20.1 (10th overall for med/mid fwds)
Schultz - 17.4 (22nd overall)
Lippa, Elliot - 15.2
HH ~ 15.1
J Richards ~ 14.8
Looking back over his career 17-20 seems to Lachie's number. Must admit that Lippa surprised me as he often seems to be a bit laconic at times.

He's a proven good player and unlike Nicksters that have shown severe numptitic tendencies.

Lachie Shultz will be around and doing the job he was recruited for long after Ginnivan and Hokism has vanished from footy

Re: #8 Lachie Schultz
While I like Lachie I think the article is yet another political piece aimed to deflect from the loss of our first round top 10 pick in a super draft. They stuffed up, not Lachies fault, but they can’t change it and it is what it is.
Buon Giorno
Re: #8 Lachie Schultz
Yeah, not his fault, but needs to do more. Much more. Ya don't win flags with just a few good-looking tackles.
