The whole area is fkn disgracefull. There's drug fkd people wandering through traffic, sleeping rough on footpaths, accosting passers by for cash..

I haven't been through there for years, it used to be a vibrant area, now it's a ghetto.

This is incredible to look at how many boats of one type or another are actually out on the oceans at any one time.

The number of fishing boats.

Cargo vessels.

I'm not a cat person, being able to leap out of a 5th floor window, land on your feet and run away............That's wrong. If a dog or human did that it would likely end up like pizza topping

How quaint, a dead puppy delivery service. Mystery box indeed.

This 'CHINESE' vlogger known as 'seaside girl Little Seven' regularly films herself eating live seafood.

On this occasion the octopus didn't take kindly to being eaten alive and attacked her during a live-stream.

How long before some enterprising western women market that as the latest wrinkle removal treatment?

Hell, anal bleaching is now supposedly a thing so anything is possible.

Not sure if you missed it, but the article states clearly that this practice is illegal in China, and most of the outrage and publicity seems to be coming from ordinary Chinese citizens (this seems like basically their equivalent of a Herald Sun story about local sickos). Not everything that happens in a country is representative of its broader values.

David it is a fact that Chinese culture clearly do not place a high value on the life of animals, and judging by the covid lies, people.

Trivialise it all you want, but for those dead puppies and kittens it is anything but.

Just another lovely Chinese medicine practice.

Thank god there are some good people trying to end it
