Sidebottom was BOG for mine, but Pendles had more tackles so fair enough.

Yes Cam, I thought Sidey was remarkably poised when the game was there to be won.

Certainly, over the 2 "legs" of the GF, he and Daisy were the best, IMO.

Today, I thought it was a toss up between Jolly - who I thought killed the game - and Sidey.

But - I confess - I actually wanted them to give it to Luke Ball, just to annoy the 'Aints supporters.

That's almost 8 years ago. What's wrong with the guy that he hasn't won us a Grand Final since?

I don't agree. I think there's still time for Oxley to take his rightful place as All-Australian wingman. Sidey is an impostor in that spot. The Ox is just the better player. Sidey lacks the skill and running ability to make it as a midfielder.

Wonderful player. He willed us over the line last night. What more can you say?

His last quarter is why I lost my voice. Just willed himself to get us over the line. We DONINATED the centre square in the final quarter. Never before have I seen such clean ruck work and midfield domination, using players off the back of the square to pump it inside 50 to Jordy and co.
