That's terrible for him. got plenty of depth right now though.
Bot losing DeGoey would be a lot more serious.

And potentially De God is gone for the season as well. The only saving grace is the emergence of Elliott. Means that we can cover for JDG better than we might otherwise have. Not to mention getting Jaidyn back, who will be way better for a proper run.
I, for one, welcome our new black and white overlords

I thought I was pessimistic, there was never doubt in that last qtr, they took 10 minutes to kick those 2 goals, they weren't getting another 2 in under 2 minutes!

We probably could have taken a risk and put it to bed before that when we got a run on then stopped halfway because there were no options, but we probably killed 3-4 minutes off the clock just chipping it away.

We probably do need to be willing to take a risk to seal a game, but Geelong kicked 5 goals in 3.5 qtrs., they weren't kicking 5 in 10 minutes.

I'm also very torn now about tomorrow night, I'd love nothing more than to see Brisbane beat Richmond because we love Richmond losing, but I'd also rather play Brisbane in the PF!

Shara in for Greenwood..but the interesting one will be who replaces De-Goey??

Do you go Varcoe? or Crocker/Daicos?

I suspect they might go crocker if he needs to play the exact same role as tonights game as leadup half fwd flanker.....or someone who can run in the midfield like Daicos?

I say - Lions = Crocker
Dogs = Daicos

:lol: :lol: Yep, it's a Pies trait alright and an extra-ordinary one. I am so proud of the way we just gutsed it out, across the board.
