Is Daisy happy at Carlton?

I don't rate him as much as some on here. A good midfielder, but do we really need another one of those? Plus, injury-prone. Feels like he'll have played his best years at Brisbane and that we'll get him on either side of his career (2012 Copeland notwithstanding).

I've no interest in Beams and the way that he's being talked up on radio, they're talking about the likes of Sier being involved in some deal. Beams is 29 at the start of next year and surplus to our needs. I could live with losing Langdon for him.. just. But Thomas or Sier or similar, no way. I'd spew.

He played in two grand finals in 2010 as a second year player. Twelve possessions in the first. Eleven possessions in the second.

As an experienced player Sidey just had 14 disposals and no goals.

Apparently its 8 years of experience and 2 or 3 extra possessions in a GF that is the difference between being a superstar and a choker.

In the age he was quoted as saying he will play out his contract.
He is contracted until the end of 2020.
So if he was traded then the Lions would probably want 2 first round draft picks which would be way overs for his value.

I can't see the trade happening.

No. Refering to the words and actions Beams left behind when he went to Bris.

(should be apparent, sorry if it went over your head)

Simple. Pendlebury moves out of the midfield and becomes an All Australian Half Back

I'd take that. Pick what 17 or 18 this year (after Lynch compo moves everyone down) and 30 something next year.

Treloar, Adams, Sidebottom, Beams and Pendles rotating through the midfield is a wet dream. Our premiership window exploded open out of nowhere, best we bring in players rather than picks for the next couple of years and have a red hot crack at premiership #16
