Farewell and all the best to the Ox. Like others here, I loved his 2015 QB performance.

Also wishing Josh Smith all the best. Was a very useful player in 2016.

Never looked like an AFL player to me, should have been delisted 2 years ago. We need to pull the trigger a bit quicker on players, get them out once it is obvious they won't make it and get new blood in for a shot. It's all part of being a ruthless organisation which we still need to become, but I think we are getting there slowly. Same with Blair & Smith, a couple of years too late.

Broomhead & Wills are others that don't really look to be up to the level imo, Daicos & Brown also don't really look like being anything more than spare parts but we will probably end up hanging on to all four of them for too long as well. McLarty is a disappointing one as he was a high-ish pick for us, but we are clearly heading down the mobile defender route and unfortunately Sam is a bit too slow & lumbering for the direction we seem to be taking down back, but it is good that we made this decision now and not 3 years from now. As a Christmas wish, can we somehow sneak a Rioli on to the list?
