Left over szechuan noodles, maybe some savoys and red rock deli dip later on. And maybe ice cream and a few Kingstons for dessert/snack. Not really exciting.

Pre-packaged Indian meals on good nights. Otherwise... breakfast cereal?

A store bought lasanga and...
the scrappings from under the stove to add some flavour.

Every bite is a "dance with gastro".

Last night was tacos.

Tonight I've made spanish chicken caserole, with beans, corn and sweet potatoe.

Tomorrow night I've prepeared pasta as my partner has to feed the kids in between taking one to swimming and the other to karate. I'm off to an Oaks Day lunch so not sure I'll need dinner!

Made chicken, bean and corn enchiladas, with garlic bread on the side.

Looks nice, the raptors inhaled it, I'll have mine shortly.
