Pendles clearly BOG in 1st half...then went missing.
3. Shaw (still berates players and makes a lot of dumb decisions, but generally a rock and spark down back)
2. Steele ... Solid all game. Brain fart on wing in 3rd. Left foot snap was balls-out class.
1. Leroy ... Tried all day, spectacular 4th qtr.
Stiff...Leon, Krak, Blair, Wood, Reid

Just got back from the game. We were with visitors from the US - very umimpressive first half - but loved that last quarter. Leroy Brown - we love you! His goal from that pocket was just a beautiful thing.
Great to see us burn off the Doggies as we switch into 'premiership' gear.
Enjoy the break Pies and cant wait to see how we go against Cats.

I thought Thomas was our only four quarter player and stood tall during the third when everybody else went to sleep.

Bally and Heater played four quarters. Not their best, but definitely four quarters from what I saw. Sidey was a class above in the wet despite copping an MM spray.jack_spain wrote:Not giving any votes tonight. There were no four quarter efforts. Stuff 'em.
In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

3. Sidebottom - Finally had a cracker of a match, and I'm glad he stood up in a match where had not been in great form before the match.
2. Brown - Three goals in the last quarter was amazing and It's great to see that he always contributes somewhere.
1. Krakouer - Great game and good to see like Sidebottom, he stood up when he had been under pressure to perform.
