Does anyone have a song that has special significance to them or the lyrics of sums them up or reflects on their stage in life alot?

Mine's Grow Up by Simple Plan.A friend who has been staying with me downloaded it and told me to listen to it,because he thought it was so "me",and it is!

Best line from a song that rings true for me is from a song called The End by My Chemical Romance that goes "If you look in the mirror and don't like what you see,you can find out first hand what it's like to be me..."

Yeah Ash, that line from the End is totally me, too. I've never liked myself. I think a lot of women could say that about themselves, sadly.
But I don't really have a total song that is me, xcept maybe Freak by Silverchair because I used to feel like one!

A song that speaks to me (there's like 200 thousand ) is 'Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me' by Keith Urban.

When I was in the United States, it was on the charts, so it came on the radio all the time. The part that is me is:

"The sun is shining, and this road keeps winding. Through the prettiest country from Georgia to Tennessee. I've got the one I love beside me. My troubles behind me. I'm alive and I'm free. Who wouldn't wanna be me?"

The amazing part was that I was driving along this very long road called the Natchez Trace. It goes from Alabama to Tennessee. So, it was like driving through the prettiest country from Georgia to Tennessee. We had beautiful, perfect weather, winding roads, and I was with the ones I love (mum and dad!) And I was free from all the troubles of being back home!!

So, when I'm down now.. I play that song, and it reminds me of the time when everything was perfect!

Becuase you loved me by Celine Dion. I'm not the biggest fan of Celine but this song makes me tear up nearly every time I hear it. I first heard it a few weeks after my grandad died (in 2004) & I listened to the lyrics & it was just him & the way he was......

i have a new favourite song (Well, me and Minna do, she introduced it to me!) 'Damn You Look Good And I'm Drunk (Scandalous)' by Cobra Starship. Best Cobra Starship song ever. Listen to it and absorb its message. And its awesomeness. (That was Minna, she's sitting next to me as I write this).
