For sure, Wright coveted non-footy admin (not nec. CEO, not nec. Pies). He reckons he's "better than just footy" stuff.

Makes me wonder if the AFL should introduce a soft cap on clubs' non-footy ops too. Dunno. Would be bad if they did that and clubs all got dud CEOs and went bankrupt! :shock:

%$^ no. There’s enough gifts for the shit clubs as it is. No point being a successful club if we can’t spend it somewhere and it ain’t on the field or in the football department as it’s mandated. Stack the non footy roles with talent where there’s no cap is our best option.
