Over the past few months there have been flocks of corellas in the area. Mainly been along Gardiners Creek where they have been stripping trees of foliage.
This morning they decided that the large plane trees in our neighbours front yard were their next target. Was like a scene from The Birds. You could hear them chomping through branches and leaves, making a huge mess which they will have to clean up.

That's just ridiculous. The guy gets a dubious win with his racist cheese argument so he decides to go after a tune.think positive wrote:hmmm, must be good tucker!!!

Utterly no doubt that the original lyrics of the song were horribly wrong, so much so that they were re-written in the enlightened 1940'a, but a tune can't be racist.
A Tune could trigger feelings by association but that's about it.
What I did find fascinating was the concept of a "C00n song" which I'd never heard of before. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coon_song
Interestingly there was a number of positive benefits derived from that.
