We had an hour to kill in town today. Wandered into the DVD shop. Whoops!
Came out with Shrek, Doctor Zhivago, the three Lord of the Rings things, and ... really scraping the barrel here but WTF? ... a set of four Indiana Jones movies. Possibly others I forget.
Luckily, the chap from the car place rang to say the service was finished before we could get to The Sound of Music.
Phew!

Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives!
Great call. Not the type of film I will re-watch but it's a very good film.David wrote:Leaving Las Vegas. Offbeat tragic love story about an alcoholic (Nicolas Cage) and a sex worker trying to make an unlikely relationship work out. It's depressing, but quite moving I found.
And agree with Elizabeth Shue's performance being excellent.
