Yep, they are probably his two main strengths.
What we need to remember is at no time in his career has he ever played under such pressure and in front of so many people.
Yeah he missed a few targets but most did on the night.
If he remains fairdinkum about his footy and works hard in the gym, he has a very solid future in front of him.

Considering too he was one of the last picked in the mid-season draft, and has likely been the most valuable to his team...

The way he's been able to slot into the side with relative ease has surprised me.

I'm impressed.

IF we can grab the Premiership, young Noble will be like Blair was, gets a flag with just a handful of games, it can happen, and did happen.

How many AFL level wins have hey played in?

I haven't played in an AFL loss this year either.

The one shinning light yesterday was John Noble.
He tried his guts out and made no mistakes.
He is a limited footballer who just winds up every game and gives his all.
He got the votes yesterday by all of us on this board.
Taken in the mid season draft a few years ago he has now become an automatic selection.
Well done to the man.

Couldn’t agree more.
One of the few yesterday who still handled and used the ball well in the wet.
It bemuses me how the same posters refuse to accept hes now turned himself into a reasonable footballer. He’s done exactly what you want from a young player - shown continued improvement on his previous seasons.
He will always be small and light. That’s not going to change but it’s obvious he’s worked very hard on aspects of his game that he can control.
The key to Noble is to find him a match up who can’t push him off the ball at every contest.
A top 10 finish in the B and F would be a fitting reward for all his hard work.
