Anyone know how to change my location on the Plus7 app on Apple TV? I can do it on my iPad, but can't see how on the Apple TV.

I have installed plus 7 on my iPad and it is working but it said usage Charges will apply .
This is a work iPad and I don't want them to receive a bill . How do usage charges apply ? Does it just use my bandwidth
