Watched butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid, golden oldie. Loved it. When I got to the end, it's funny, I remember watching it as a kid, and my dad telling me and my sister off for crying at the last scene! And now I know why! They killed a few cops and innocents along the way! God getting old is a bitch!
Watched unstoppable (for the third time!) in my gym, some yesterday and the last 50 minutes today! 40 on the treadmill. If You need some help working up a sweat, watch this movie! OMG I was a waterfall! Still sweating half an hour after my shower! 5.26 klm, good stuff!

American Sniper.
Hmmmmmm, still don't know how I feel about this one. Was completely committed for the first 90 minutes. I know it's based on a true story so they can't really change the ending, but the last 30 minutes seemed a bit rushed. It was a total WTF is happening? Great story, but IMO very poorly done. Shame.

Just another crazed serial killer movie? But a sanctioned killer? I'm guessing both sides have them.
Looking forward to watching it

Birdman.
Nice performances but I felt like we've seen it all before.
Getting the reviews it has probably says more about the narcissism of Hollywood than the movie sets out to say.
The Hollywood insiders eat up movies like this.
American Sniper.
Kept me entertained but has it's faults.
The real life person it's based on was absolutely a brave individual faced with extraordinary working conditions who deserves your total respect but wasn't quite the black and white character portrayed in the movie, while some embellishing of the story was done which I guess is the Hollywood way to heighten the viewing experience.
Clint has delivered better but at 84 you have to admire him and his body of work.

Finally finished the damn taxes
Jumped in the spa with too much scotch, and six days seven nights
OMFG
What do I gotta do, how I would love to crash on a desert island with Harrison ford, and pirates to chase us

The Pentagon Wars.
"Air Force Lt. Col. John Burton was assigned to evaluate the usefulness of the Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle, an Army troop carrier/scout vehicle that, in its final redesign, was effectively a deathtrap for its occupants. Burton keeps trying to execute a proper live-fire armor test on it but is constantly subverted by his temporary commanding officer, Army Maj. Gen. Partridge, in order to get it under construction and in the field."

Great film based on real events. Must see for anyone with the slightest interest in politics or the military (or both). Stars Kelsey Grammer of Frasier fame.

Under the Skin. I liked it, though if you really want something to creep you out then read the book. I took it on holidays a few years back and it still disturbs me how it was able to get inside my head. May have something to do with the fact that this time it's an attractive woman picking up hitch hikers with ulterior motives in mind. BTW, I read about the making of this film yesterday and apparently they put Scarlett into a truck with a hidden film crew in the back and asked her to pick up young Scottish hitch-hikers. None of them recognised Scarlett! Now there's an unlikely set of events.
I liked it only because I was curious about the story so much. As I said, the book really creeped me out, but the film did a much less effective job of explaining exactly what was going on.

After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!
