Perhaps we are trying to get more of that Williams/Toovey pin-point accuracy into the team, WPW?

He is big bodied and has speed.
He is a gut runner.
He is a two way runner and loves to tackle.

Can see why we liked him.

Welcome aboard, with focus and effort he could be a very important player and fortunate addition.

Hopefully we look back at this next year and say how lucky r we

Put 10kg of muscle on this kid and we could really have a midfield beast. Welcome aboard son.

Yeah also seen his highlights package and he seems very quick for his height and appears to have a good left foot on him. He could be a steal.

Agree, he looks likely but the question begs, why has he played so little?

Quite possible that, with so many talented midfield youngsters at Bruisedbum, Crisp has been on the cusp of selection quite a bit but as the queue is fairly long, missed out on being given opportunities.

A bit like some of the 2nd/3rd tier ruckmen at clubs. Space has to open up to be taken.

That may not be much different at the Pies, but he certainly would've been given plenty of chances this year with all our injuries.
