Hey David, I want to watch the movie Downfall. Do you have that at your video store? It's about me mate Adolf and the end of all things.

Yep! Good film, actually, if a little bleak. Did you like Primer, by the way?

(BTW, I'm betting everybody here has seen that one scene from Downfall at least 20 times now. :P)

AWESOME. I tried watching it on youtube but it's such a massive download...

Primer confused the hell out of me. It still does. Maybe that's the point?

It's a pretty dense film. I'm not sure I got a lot of what was going on, but it was a fascinating idea. Really want to watch it again some time.

Lol, that wasn't meant to be a hint. But yeah, that'd be awesome. 8)

After several years prodding by my dear old mother, I sat down and watched "the machinist" last my night. Oh my goodness, what an incredible piece of work. Bale really took getting into character to new heights.

think positive wrote:Going to watch expendables 2 tonight, loved it at the movies! Also picked up total recall, I loved the original with arnie, hope it's good. Plus I think it's called old lions, I remember seeing a bit of it on Telly, about a kid some grumpy old men kind of adopt from his brutal father. Also got safe house, with denzel washington and the swanny lookalike, I was watching it on a plane but missed the end.

Then it will be time for another swim,

God I love summer!

Cruising with the top down, and an old DVD playing full blast!

Bliss!
Yeh I've been on a bit of a action movie kick myself, specifically stallone. just watched the first two Rambos... pure unadulterated fun. mixed in with some bruce lee as well.

i notice though that my pattern for watching martial arts flicks is identical to watching porn . skip through the intro, catch all the good scenes in the middle, then continue forwarding, as it is all in preparation for the climactic final 10 minutes.

Watched Moonrise Kingdom.

Enjoyable, reminded me very much of the Royal Taninbaums :D in terms of quirckyness & style.

Thoroughly enjoyable. A decent film that leaves you smiling.

Edit: typo correction.
