Watched Rock of Ages this morning. I'm really not a musical type person but really enjoyed it. Going back to the 80's and unleashing my inner glam rock bogan was loads of fun!
And for the weird little man that he has become, my GOD Tom Cruise was sexy as Hell!

Hugo. Beautifully made, wonderful feel good story that would appeal to all ages. Don't have to watch it in 3D to appreciate either. If you've still got a bit of kid in you and like the way movies used to be made, I highly recommend it. Sacha Baron Cohen was a revelation
Formally frankiboy and FrankieGoesToCollingwood.

Just watched one of my favourite movies called Face/Off with John Travolta and Nicholas Cage. This movie is not everyone's cup of tea but if you love action movies, I highly recommend seeing it.

I watched that awhile ago on Austar, still one of my favourites, Travola and Cage worked pretty decent together. On before it was Con Air, love that one.Jezza wrote:Just watched one of my favourite movies called Face/Off with John Travolta and Nicholas Cage. I just got done watching Return to Oz, the 1985 "unofficial sequel" the Wizard of Oz. It seemed much better than I had remembered it, though the last time I watched the movie I was 8.
Watching Eight Men Out now. May have to find out when it's back on and watch it in full.
